- Hello Island friends my name is Sydney Belanger, a River West Employee and also the crafter behind Broad Island Paper. Ever since I was a kid I’ve always loved crafting and have done lots with it over the years. I started playing around and Scrapbooking my photos, when I had a thought i could potentially turn my love of crafting into a small business.
